Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Aerzy, operated by Elevate Enterprises.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer Pan-India shipping across all states and regions.
No areas are excluded at this time. International shipping is not available yet.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public
holidays). Once processed, the order will be handed over to our shipping partner Shiprocket.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or interior locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations and location.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

We currently do not have a daily order cut-off time.
All orders are processed within the standard processing window mentioned above.

5. Shipping Charges

All product prices on our website are inclusive of shipping charges.
You will not be charged extra for standard delivery.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email once your order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to courier or logistical constraints beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Operational issues
- High-demand periods
- Remote delivery locations

8. Undeliverable / Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Failure to accept delivery
- Courier inability to contact the customer

The package may be returned to us (RTO).
Refund will be issued minus the shipping charges incurred during dispatch and return
shipping.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of
delivery or expected delivery date.
For damage claims, please provide:

- Order ID
- Unboxing photos/videos
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging

10. Packaging

All Aerzy products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
